Our Summer Camp is designed to focus on hands-on, interactive exploration. That will include time in the museum, as well as time in MoChiMu’s workshop rooms decked out in camp activities, crafts, games, and more.

To attend our Summer Camp, students must be between the ages of 5 and 11 at the time the camp takes place.

No. You will need to send a packed lunch and snack for your camper! MoChiMu will provide a snack as well.

No. Camp MoChiMu campers use the museum as a laboratory for particular activities and spend time in the museum daily, but spend most of their camp day in our classroom spaces physically located next door to the museum for games, activities, and more.

Not necessarily! We will have multiple instances of camp running at once, and will split campers based on age. The final split will depend on the ages of students who register.

After you’re officially registered, our team will reach out with an additional form needed to complete the sign-up process. That’s where we’ll collect more information – like your child’s age, emergency contacts, medical forms, approved pick-ups, and more.

Repeat campers may see some “MoChiMu Classic” activities, games, and experiences, but we’ll also explore new concepts and activities together!

Due to this year’s winter holidays falling mid-week, we are offering a la carte day camps on December 23, 27, 30, and January 3. For these days, you can choose to register for one day, two, three, or all four – whatever works for your family!

The following week, January 6 - 10, we are offering a full, week-long camp that takes place Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer piecemeal pricing or a la carte days for this week-long experience.
