Try-it-Together Workshops are a series of hands-on, family-focused adult-child science & art classes at the Modesto Children’s Museum! These hour-long sessions held before the museum opens to the public are designed to welcome children and their favorite adult to “try-it-together” in high energy workshops that explore careers through hands-on science, art, history, and language arts discovery.
Try-it-Together Workshops occur twice a month – with a new “career” to try on each month! Register for one, or sign up for the whole year to explore together with your family.
What are Try-it-Together Workshops?

Try-it-Together workshops are geared for the whole family! Bring learners as young as 2 or as old as 8 and engage in dynamic educational programming together!

Yes! Try-it-Together Workshops are designed to spark collaboration between children and their favorite adults, so registration is required for all attendees.

Our flexible ticket options let you decide – purchase our "Workshop Only" registration if you just want to swing by for the 9AM - 10AM workshop, or bundle same-day museum admission.
