‘Gabby’s Dollhouse’ Unveils Season 11 With Even More Surprises for Families (EXCLUSIVE)

The Dollhouse Is Heading to Children’s Museums

In case you thought the surprises ended there, we also got word that children's museums across the country will be getting a unique dose of Gabby's Dollhouse magic of their own. DreamWorks Animation and the Association of Children's Museums (ACM) announced a year-long partnership called Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days, where they will bring themed experiences to ACM member locations this spring.

Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days activations are currently scheduled to appear in 26 ACM member locations across 10 states, with additional locations being added throughout the year. According to the announcement, the specifics of the offerings will vary by location, but will include a range of the following:

• Activity stations

• Scavenger hunts

• Story times

• Crafting

• Gabby costume character appearances

The first activation will launch on January 25 at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum in NY–the world's first children's museum.

Arthur G. Affleck, III, executive director of the Association of Children’s Museums shared a statement about the partnership, saying, “ACM and DreamWorks Animation share key values as they relate to playful learning. Like children’s museums, Gabby’s Dollhouse emphasizes social-emotional learning and showcases compassion, curiosity, creativity, learning from mistakes and the joy of teamwork.”

Michael Vollman, EVP, Marketing for DreamWorks Animation also shared his remarks: "Gabby's Dollhouse at its core celebrates growth mindset and failing fantastically, and the best way to learn is through play. Partnering with the Association of Children's Museums is the perfect opportunity to bring this philosophy to life with Gabby's fans across the country.”

• February 16 at Santa Fe Children's Museum, Santa Fe, NM

• February 22 at Children’s Museum Tucson/Oro Valley, Tucson, AZ

• February 23 at Children’s Museum of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ

• March 1 at Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert, Rancho Mirage, CA

• March 2 at The New Children’s Museum, San Diego, CA
